Do you want to see the affirmation of the day?

Here's what you're probably expecting:
"The best way to start your day is to wake up with a smile on your face. Be grateful for what you have and look forward to what the day has in store for you. Start your day with a positive attitude and a big smile, and the rest of the day will be much more enjoyable."
Of course, this advice is technically true, however, if you want to know how to REALLY start your day in a good mood, then you need to do something that will make you happy the moment you wake up.
You need something to put you in the right mindset, and to snap you out of whatever your default state might be.
You need something to put you in the right mindset, and to snap you out of whatever your default state might be.
You need to get your mindset right. And the best way to do that is with morning affirmations.
Morning affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself as soon as you wake up.
They can be about anything you want, but they should be focused on helping you to feel good about yourself and your life.
Here are some examples of morning affirmations that you can use to start your day in a good mood:
I am grateful for everything that I have in my life.
Morning Affirmation #1
I am excited about what the day has in store for me.
Morning Affirmation #2
I am confident and capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.
Morning Affirmation #3
Sure these work but we need something better!
The key to making morning affirmations work is to make them specific to you and your life.
Think about what you want to achieve in the next day, week, month, or year, and then craft your affirmations around those goals.
For example, if you want to get a promotion at work, your affirmation might be "I am confident and deserving of a promotion."
But that's still not good enough. Now I'm going to show you how to turbocharge these morning affirmations!
Morning affirmations work well as I AM affirmations, but there is a secret trick that makes these affirmations infinitely more effective. And that's to start them with "why?".
For example, instead of saying "I am worthy", you can say "Why am I worthy?" and then fill in the blanks with a good reason.
It could be "I am worthy because I am so loved by everyone around me".
Instead of "I am going to have an amazing morning" it would "Why am I going to have an amazing morning?"
I am going to have an amazing morning because I am going to do things that make me happy.
This forces your mind to enter a state of questioning which allows you to access your subconscious mind, and as we know, the subconscious mind is very powerful. So by starting your affirmations with "why", you are opening yourself up to limitless possibilities.
In summary,
Make sure your affirmations are positive, questioning and specific
This is essential to long term positive change
Let go and watch as your day get's better!
